Having a nice butt – or a so–called Brazilian butt – is not a rare wish. It’s not just a pretty décolleté that counts. Celebrities also like to put their butt in the limelight. Whether plump and well–shaped or well-toned – the buttock shape completes the overall appearance and is decisive for a shapely silhouette. Reality TV stars like Kim Kardashian or the German ex-bachelorette Jessica Paszka openly deal with their under-enlargement and like to shoot the back of their dream bodies. The fact is: every butt is beautiful and unique, even here and there it is helped – which nowadays, thanks to modern aesthetic surgery, does not pose any difficulties.
The signs of the times are (unfortunately) not only evident on the face: due to metabolic changes over the decades, fat accumulates in places where there was none before, or it disappears where it was previously estimated. Due to the effect of gravity, the connective tissue also relaxes and the butt begins to sag.
Of course, a balanced diet and regular exercise can help to a certain extent, e.g. to diminish a butt that is felt too big and to make the complexion appear firmer. However, unfortunately, the desired shape of the buttocks in most cases can not be achieved. Often, a diet and exercise also only reduce fat deposits that should have remained, while the unloved ones do not change. A true vicious circle!
